• Account Information: Email address and password (created and provided by the company’s admin portal), employee name, employee ID, department, and designation.
• Attendance & Task Data: Check-in and check-out times, task creation/updates/completions, attendance and task history, and optionally location data if your company enables location-based attendance.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and basic diagnostic data to help maintain and improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data for the following purposes:

• Authenticate employees securely and manage access to the app.
• Record attendance (check-in/check-out) and generate attendance records.
• Provide task management features and display task history.
• Support operational needs, troubleshooting, and improvements to the app.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers managed by Kusaso Software Solutions Private Limited or its authorized service providers. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Passwords are securely stored in encrypted form. While we use reasonable security practices, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure—if you suspect a security breach, please notify your company administrator and contact us.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With authorized personnel at your employer for operational purposes (attendance reports, task assignments, etc.).

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Retention periods may also be governed by your employer’s policies or applicable law. When an account is deactivated, data will be removed from active systems after a reasonable period or handled according to your company’s retention policy.

The KUSASO EMS APP does not include third-party advertising or analytics by default. Where third-party services are used (for hosting, push notifications, app distribution stores), those services have their own privacy practices which govern their processing of data.

8. Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for use by company employees and is not meant for children under 18 years of age.
